NGOs Online Pre-Registration  

Please read very carefully the entire Information Note before getting to the Online Pre-Registration System. To Pre-register, please click on the link below:

You must click on the Registration link (as shown below) using your assigned username and password. Once logged in, click on the link titled "Click here to Designate Representatives to this Event". Once they are approved, you will receive an automatic email. Please be advised that the approval process might take up to two weeks.

You must login again by visiting: http://esango.un.org/irene/index.html?page=viewContent&nr=17302&type=8&section=8 to download your letter of confirmation.

The deadline for pre-registration is 20 January 2012.

In conjunction with the fiftieth session, a Civil Society Forum would be organized. It will take place on 31 January 2012, one day before the opening of the session. The outcome of the Forum, which is presented in the format of a declaration, will be read during the first meeting of the session.
